1) Please ensure accurate recipient details including name, full address with landmarks, pin code, and contact number for smooth delivery.

2) Kindly cooperate with the courier agent to facilitate a seamless and secure delivery process.

3) Upon delivery, the recipient must present one of the following ID proofs if requested by the courier agent: a. Passport b. PAN card c. Driving license d. Voter ID e. Aadhaar Card

4) If the package appears tampered with, please reject it and promptly report the issue to us via phone or email.

5) Customers are required to record the unboxing of the shipment.

6) Our logistics partner will attempt delivery thrice. If unsuccessful, the product will be returned to us.

7) Changes to the delivery address can be made by contacting our support team before the product is shipped. Once shipped, address changes are not possible.

8) A PAN Card is mandatory for invoice values exceeding 2 lakhs.
