1. Timeframe: Refunds are applicable only if the “Return request” is initiated within 5 days from the date of product receipt.

3. Return Process: Packaged products for return must be handed over to the authorized logistics partner. It’s advised to collect the consignment airway bill details for future reference.

4. Packaging Protocol: Customers are required to video record the entire process of packaging the return item and handing it over to the courier person for future reference. Failure to follow these instructions may result in not accepting the returned products. Damaged or tampered packages will not be accepted.

5. Exclusions: This refund policy does not apply to Customized Ornaments, Gold Nose pins, Gemstones, Gold Coins, Gold Bars, Silver Coins, Silver Bars, Gift Vouchers, Gift Cards, and Digital Gift Cards.

6. Exceptions: Returns are not applicable for Silver articles, jewellery, coins, and bars.

7. Quality Assurance: Refunds are subject to confirmation of quality and weight by our skilled quality assurance team. The refund will be processed within 10 working days after receiving the undamaged product.

8. Missing Items: To request a return or refund for missing items or accessories within the shipment, customers must provide proof of unboxing video.

9. Gift Card Refunds: During sales return transactions, amounts paid through Gift Cards will be credited to the customer’s wallet and will not be refunded under any circumstances.

10. Fees and Refunds: A fee of 1.8% will be deducted from the refunded amount in case of product return, and the remaining 98.2% will be refunded to the source account. No deduction will be made if the refund is initiated to the wallet.
